Alpha Lion has started rolling out the new era of its Superhuman pre-workout family, updating the supplements with a different, cleaner, more uniform look and several changes under the hood. Following our rundown of the refreshed Superhuman Original, the muscle-building Superhuman Jacked is next in line. That one does maintain its hybrid two-in-one approach where traditional pre-workout support meets muscle building and strength.
The biggest change is a considerably leaner formula, as Alpha Lion has removed the previous 5g of creatine and 3.57g of HMB, while keeping PeptiStrong at its full 2.4g. That AI-discovered fava bean peptide is now joined by 200mg of PeptiPump, a lentil-derived peptide for pumps from the same company as PeptiStrong, with blood flow further supported by 6g of pure citrulline rather than the original’s 9g of two-to-one citrulline malate.

Alpha Lion has also adjusted the familiar performance and focus components, bringing betaine down from 3.2g to 2.5g, taurine and tyrosine from 2g each to 1g, and replacing a gram of standard choline bitartrate with half a gram of branded VitaCholine. Energy has moved in the other direction, increasing from a light 219mg to a more moderate 242mg of caffeine, still split between fast and slow sources for a smoother experience.
Despite dropping several ingredients, Alpha Lion’s Superhuman Jacked remains a balanced hybrid, minus the strength and performance power of creatine and less citrulline, although added PeptiPump for greater pumps as well as more energy. The supplement has the same 21 servings per tub with two tastes to choose from in Slaughtermelon and Mango Veiniac, and it is available directly from Alpha Lion at $59.99 or a discounted $49.99 on subscription.
