Swebar has been part of Sweden’s sports nutrition scene since 1998, and its long-running protein bar has never been afraid of a distinctly local flavor. Alongside familiar chocolate and fruit combinations, the range has previously turned Swedish desserts, seasonal baking, and even fizzy candy into high-protein snacks. Three more are now preparing to join that enormous menu, with two arriving sometime soon as limited-edition drops for Christmas.
Firstly, we have the permanent addition, Kolaklubba, inspired by the classic Swedish chocolate-covered caramel lollipop and packing 14g of protein. As for the temporary seasonal flavors, Swebar is bringing back Pepparkaksdeg, or Gingerbread Dough, and the completely new Nisseskummis, recreating the soft and foamy experience of Jule Nisse Santa candy. All three flavors are expected to begin appearing at retailers across the country this month for the flagship Swebar Protein Bar, including the Christmas editions, despite being so far out.
