A couple of days ago Rule One added to the menu of its recently reformulated pre-workout supplement R1 Pre Train. The brand gave the product just the one new addition with Pink Lemonade for both of its 30 and 60 serving tub sizes. Following on from that Rule One has now added to its basic BCAA formula R1 BCAA, giving it twice as many flavors as it did to R1 Pre Train.
The latest from Rule One are actually flavors fans will be familiar with, as they’re both from the brand’s R1 Pre Train menu. The new additions joining R1 BCAA’s previous three options — Blue Raspberry, Orange, and Unflavored — are Pineapple Blast and Watermelon Splash. Like the supplement’s other three, the two new flavors have been launched in both of R1 BCAA’s tub sizes, 30 and 60 servings.
