The lighter Muscle Milk RTD gets another flavor, 160 calories is pretty damn low

Cytosport have just announced another flavor for their Muscle Milk Light RTD, vanilla latte. The 414ml bottle packs in 20g of protein, 10g of carbs, 4.5g of fat making it a total of 160 calories. Until now it had just two flavors, chocolate and cafe latte. When it comes to RTDs Cytosport know what they are doing

, this delicate Muscle Milk variant is sugar, lactose, aspartame and gluten free. Apparently the premixed drink also has half the fat that the powder does.
