No. 1 problem with the average Joe, overloading supplements is an issue

This is one of the most common mistakes when buying supplements. If you are looking at about a 7+ stack and three of those are not different proteins you are going down the wrong path. Supplements are not the answer to it all, they amplify the effort you put into training and if you are not seeing results then it is not the supps. 3 or 4 is the most you should be taking at any time excluding protein powders. Pre, post-workout and a test or weight loss product, that is it no more. Just because a brand makes 10 or so different supplements it does not mean you should be trying to take them all.
