Peppermint stick just in time for Xmas, GU Energy release a seasonal flavor for 2012

Just in time for the holiday season, GU Energy have released a limited edition endurance gel variant. Peppermint stick along with the brand’s other 11 flavors, will be on the menu for fitness enthusiasts over Christmas. The candy taste won’t cost you any extra fat like GU’s chocolate outrage or berry options. It has the exact same counts as espresso and strawberry banana, 50mg of sodium, 40mg potassium, 25g carbs with 5g of that being sugar. The numbers are marginally effected, but not enough to take anything away from the informed choice product.
