Pre-workout pill Uncut gets unveiled, App Nut get inspiration from USP Labs

Uncut was the supplement Applied Nutriceuticals began teasing a few weeks ago with a 100% pure campaign. The brand previously announced that it was going to compete against ‘foul tasting pre-workout powders’ despite it’s capsule form. Based on App Nut’s past launching abilities we figured Uncut wouldn’t take too long to surface. Just 3 weeks after it’s initial mention the product has now had it’s facts label uploaded and is officially available for pre-order.

A couple of classic features making up the 13 piece pre-workout pill are caffeine, folate, naringin, and yohimbine. The brand also decided to throw in 2 ingredients that unfortunately took away from the creativity that Uncut advertisements promoted. The first item is Higenamine, a feature from USP’s pre-workout Jack3d Micro. The other one is chlorogenic acid. Which is a related compound to the other major player in Micro, caffeic acid, or otherwise listed as 3,4 dihydroxy-cinnamic acid.

The formula looks good, not as creative with the inclusion of higenamine. However looking at the releases brands seem to be going with. A wave of Jack3d Micro inspired pre-workouts is looking like it’s on the way. With App Nut and ANS Performance both making use of the ingredient. Uncut and ANS’s Ritual could be considered the kick starters of the trend, that will most likely be carried over with a number of supplements that are probably already in production.
