AST is one of the oldest supplement brands still alive today. Their range is relatively unique, with the usual individuals like creatine, glutamine and BCAAs. As well as a number of breakthrough formulas like Beta-X, Muscle XGF, and one of the most expensive protein powders around, VP2. Last year they kicked off their clothing line with a lone tee, which has since been joined by a number of new products. The on-target shirt, a long sleeve, cap, and most recently the T logo top. Their designs aren’t the best around, especially compared to the big fashion brand’s like Muscle Pharm and Mutant. But if you are a die hard supporter of AST, the options available will be more than enough to represent your favorite company.
