The not so explosive AT4, Grenade’s muscle builder doesn’t deliver

Review of Grenade's testosterone booster AT4

AT4 is Grenade’s offering to the testosterone boosting category. It was also only the brand’s third supplement to hit the market. The formula was the straightforward combination of boron, D3, fenugreek, DAA, and passiflora caerulea. Due to it’s intended distribution area, AT4 was designed to comply rather than compete with the best in the business. Despite it’s explosive packaging and powerful doses, it turns out that it’s results are quite the opposite. After running the product for as much as it took others to prove their worth, we have gathered enough feedback for a solid review.

Like most DAA driven testosterone boosters AT4 requires a heavy serving size of 3 capsules twice a day, or 6 at once. Grenade also direct you to use the pattern of 5 days on and 2 off, so weekdays and weekends. Even though that was what the instructions said we decided to go ahead without the breaks and test the formula all week long. While it did shorten the supplement’s life span of a full month down to 20 days, it did give the product more of an opportunity to perform.

Unfortunately even on the all week long dosing, at the maximum of 6 capsules per day. AT4 didn’t really offer anything that is worth mentioning. It does have a slight hint of classic calorie increasing but not on the level of other DAA driven formulas like Ronnie Coleman’s Testogen-XR, or USP Lab’s Test Powder. You may also notice a slight rise in strength and muscle size. However the gains are so insignificant it is hard to decide whether AT4 is to blame or the results would’ve just happened on regular training without the supplement.

Grenade did design the product for a specific market, UK and Europe, which does make for a valid excuse. But at the end of the day, you are always going to want the best money can buy, and when it comes to testosterone supplements. AT4 just isn’t up there, not even close. In certain areas of the world where people are limited to a particular selection, the red Grenade may end up on the top shelf. However when put up against the rest of the market, or even measured by it’s results. The third formula from the explosively packaged brand isn’t worth your time or the price tag it carries.
