USP Labs promoted their first ever protein powder right from it’s production phase, through to the beta testing stage, and then it’s Inner Circle launch. The brand teased it with a number of facts, comparisons, and positive reviews. But despite all the momentum OxyElite Protein had going for it, the one question that was desperately waiting to be answered was, how much will USP’s protein product cost? The answer is, not cheap. Only a few weeks after the supplement launched through the brand’s insider group, it has surfaced in retailers with the relatively average price of 33 to $35. For a 2lb tub of protein it’s one of the highest formulas available. Of course it has a lot going for it with it’s no fake promotion and proven taste. However with other great options like Trutein, Cellucor’s Cor Whey, and Giant’s Delicious. USP Labs may need to push out a 4 or 5lb tub to really get competitive.
