It was only last week that we saw Giant Sports tease their upcoming pre-workout supplement, that was later confirmed as Metabolic Bioshock. Along with the announcement of the product’s official name came it’s flavor of fruit punch, tub size of 800g and 40 servings, and it’s highlight of being a transparently dosed formula. The news of today is the final piece to the puzzle and something that most people probably thought would be a number of weeks away, the big reveal of the supplement’s facts panel. In short Bioshock is definitely not your average stimulant packed pre-workout, with Giant leaving out some of the popular inclusions of today’s formulas like dendrobium, yohimbe, DMAE, and higenamine. Instead they have sided with 20 different ingredients making up a 16.75g scoop, and featuring things like 1g of glutamine nitrate, 2g l-aspartic acid, 300mg of caffeine, 6.3g of 4:1:1 BCAAs, and even 1.5g of glucosamine.
