Core Nutritionals have been talking about their ‘advanced recomposition and hardening agent’ Core Hard, since last year in August. To help deliver the intended effect, Core Nutritionals have packed the product with five ingredients, all of which have been transparently dosed. The brand directs users to only be on Core Hard a maximum of eight weeks, followed by a four week break. Each bottle as you would expect comes packed with 84 capsules, 28 days worth, so you will require two if you want to see how far Core Hard can take you.
