Today Black Market welcome their first major athlete, the iconic Keven ‘Da Hulk’ Washington. Supplement enthusiasts and gym rats may recognize the superhero sized figure from his numerous appearances as an MHP representative, or the man Muscle Pharm’s legendary CT Fletcher introduced so well earlier in the year. If there were ever a person worthy or to really live up to the nickname Da Hulk, it is most definitely Keven Washington. Some of his stats that can be found online include his height of 6’0″, and contest weight of 305lbs and 320lbs off season. If you’ve ever seen any of Washington’s videos, including the incredibly impressive 405lb warm up bench set linked above, you’ll already have figured out Da Hulk comes from a powerlifting background. According to a number of sources he has ambitions to actually break the raw bench world record, which currently stands at 722lbs set by Eric Spoto last year. Washington’s role for the time being is basically a major brand ambassador for Black market, set to see him do numerous store appearances and of course features in future promotional material.
