Like they’ve done for the last couple of years, Body Nutrition are bringing back their shamrock shake Trutein in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The flavor is one of the few limited edition recipes the brand annually produce for special occasions such as Halloween’s pumpkin pie. While St. Patrick’s Day isn’t of course until March 17th, roughly three weeks from now. Body Nutrition have decided to get their fans ready for the big day by confirming shamrock shake’s return and making samples available. The brand have already added the option to their sample menu online, giving those that haven’t experienced the flavor a taste for $1.99 before it goes on sale. If on the other hand you are a longtime Trutein fan and want to grab a whole tub of the celebratory protein powder, you are going to have to wait just one more week. March the 2nd is when Body have said shamrock shake will go on sale, leaving you exactly two weeks to get your order in before St. Patrick’s Day. The direct price is expected to remain the same despite the option’s limited edition status, although if anything we may be treated to a discount much like pumpkin pie got with it’s 15% off.
