Gear website countdown back in the right direction and heading for March 1st

Just as much as we like to talk about updated websites and spread word on when fans can’t visit their favorite brands online due to sites being under construction. We also enjoy pointing out when companies don’t follow through on their promises such as missing a deadline, as well as mistakes they’ve made such as a countdown clock going backwards. Both of those things Gear have actually managed to do in one week’s time as last Friday their clock hit zero then started counting back up. Whether or not anyone’s really interested in an update, you might find it entertaining to hear that the brand’s clock is now going down again. Based on the numbers it’s currently displaying the new website is set to go live midnight Eastern Time on Sunday the 1st of March. As much as we don’t want to get ours or anyone else’s hopes up, the date does make a lot more sense compared to the last one as midnight Wednesday didn’t really connect with anything. The week Gear now plan on launching is the week of the Arnold, which is slightly more appropriate. Regardless of when the brand’s site is set to come back online, we will be waiting come March 1st and let you know if things start going in reverse again.
