Following on from the weekend announcement of AllMax Nutrition’s new H:Vol post-workout partner C:Vol, we’ve got another new addition from the brand although it’s not quite as exciting. Today we turn our heads to the flavored and unflavored AllMax carbohydrate solution, Carbion. At the moment the supplement is available in a total of three tastes, the classic fruit punch, the unique key lime cherry and the convenient unflavored. All options come in just the one 40 serving 2.4lb tub size, however that has now changed. While the AllMax Carbion menu will stay the way it is, the product’s list of sizes has grown by one. Joining the family is a more than double 5lb tub packing just over twice as much with a massive 84 servings. The formula is of course exactly the same, although the list of flavors does appear to be different. In the image above you can see the 5lb Carbion in key lime cherry, which you would expect to be lonely just for the purpose of the picture. It turns out both fruit punch and unflavored have yet to show up, with the places now stocking the larger AllMax Carbion only carrying the one key lime cherry. The lack of options may affect some, but if you are primarily looking to cut costs and key lime cherry isn’t an issue the 5lber will save you a little less than 15%.
