Australia’s Body Science has revealed and released another new supplement for 2015 following on from their second Gold Label Alpha Series formula, the pre-workout K-OS. The latest from the brand is titled Nitrovol Lean Muscle, a protein powder designed as a bit of a lean gainer. The Body Science product packs all the usual numbers as well as a few extra features to make it stand out a little more.
Each serving of Nitrovol Lean Muscle weighs in at 60g, which for a mass protein is quite low, however for a lean gainer it’s right in line with the likes of iSatori’s similarly promoted Hyper-Gro. The macros making up the serving are 22g of protein, 32.1g of carbohydrates with a rather high amount of that being sugar at 20.2g, 1.1g of fat (half a gram saturated), and a reasonably low calorie total of 224.
As mentioned Body Science has thrown a few extras into Nitrovol Lean Muscle including creatine monohydrate dosed at 3g per serving as well as 1.1g of glutamine. We can also confirm that the supplement’s protein sources are whey concentrate, micellar casein and whey powder, with maltodextrin and dextrose as its carbohydrates.
