What’s just as exciting about the launch of BTG is that the brand has also dropped the facts panel for the product confirming exactly what’s in the BCAA.
On top of a surprising combination of vitamins and minerals, BTG Bridge The Gap, as promised features a classic 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs. Much like their ratio, the branched chain amino acids are also at the traditional dose of 5g per serving, with a massive 60 servings per tub. To round out the formula there is one more thing on the supplement’s label with Run Everything also throwing in an extra half gram of HICA.
