Small N-Mass update confirms 3g of creatine monohydrate

Last week ANS Performance unveiled its two remaining mystery supplements, the mass gainer N-Mass and the isolate protein powder N-ISO. As a bit of an update the brand has now released a little more information on the former, confirming a few extra numbers for N-Mass. The product’s complete list of details now sits at 55g of protein, 250g of food derived complex carbohydrates, 9g of healthy fats, 3g of creatine monohydrate and a massive 1,300 calories. There is of course still a lot more to come on N-Mass, including the launch of the gainer which is expected to go down sometime over the next few months.
