Giant Sports is a big name down here in Australia, so it’s no surprise it has an entirely new supplement to unveil at this year’s Arnold Australia. The product it is showing off to fans for the first time here in Melbourne is Giant Rush, a stimulant driven pre-workout formula. Now when we say stimulant driven we truly mean it as Giant Rush keep things very simple with just three different ingredients.
The three features making up Giant’s relatively straightforward pre-workout are caffeine anhydrous, kigelia africana extract which is another name for DMHA or 2-aminoisoheptane, and Bai Mudan white tea (camellia sinensis). Giant Rush is also a 100% transparent supplement as you can see in its official label below, confirming the caffeine at a dose of 200mg, kigelia at 125mg, and the white tea at 25mg. The maximum amount recommended for a workout is two servings, which simply doubles those three per serving numbers moving the caffeine for example up to 400mg.
We were fortunate enough to be given a full size 60 serving tub of Giant Rush at the Arnold Expo, so hopefully we’ll get a review out it sometime in the near future.
