Just as its name suggests the new AML Muscle Growth is a muscle growth formula intended to be used post-workout. Much like how the brand’s last new release — the pre-workout Power Rep — is stackable with its mainstream pre-workout, the post-workout Muscle Growth has been designed to be stacked with AML’s much more packed out post-workout.

As mentioned Muscle Growth is another small add-on type product, featuring a combination of just three main ingredients. Making up the supplement’s transparently dosed label is 3g of HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutryrate). 750mg of Mediator phosphatidic acid, an ingredient first seen in Muscletech’s Phospha Muscle, and lastly 4,000 IU of vitamin D3. While Muscle Growth’s list of features is short, its list of effects is quite the opposite with the product promising enhanced “muscle growth, lean body mass, strength, power and recovery”.
