Following all the drama from earlier in the week between Bodybuilding.com and Jym, the onto it team over at PricePlow has shared a very interesting update on the whole thing. Basically the lawsuit from a few months ago between Bodybuilding.com and Jym (PhD Fitness) has now been amended to include the major retailer GNC that just started stocking a handful of Jym supplements.

You might also want to check out Bodybuilding.com’s official statement which was posted Tuesday, but now features a slight change. Instead of reading “Bodybuilding.com has sued the former celebrity endorser”, the statement has been edited to “Bodybuilding.com has sued the former celebrity endorser and the retailer”.
