As promised back at the end of September, Ghost has now started its transformation into a 100% transparent supplement company. The brand’s Stack3d Certified protein powder Ghost Whey was the one that really kicked it all off, going as transparent as possible by listing the exact doses of all of its protein sources. Today we’ve got a first look at one of Ghost’s two new, 100% transparent versions, with its pre-workout Ghost Legend.
Looking at the label of the updated Legend, Ghost has made a couple of noticeable changes, adding in 50mg of theobromine and switching from a 3g blend of l-citrulline and citrulline malate to 4g of just l-citrulline. We’ve included a shot of the 100% transparent Ghost Legend label below, listing doses for every one of its ingredients instead of only six like the original.
If you actually head to Ghost’s website today you will notice that Legend is currently out of stock. That is because the new, 100% transparent version is going to be replacing it very soon. The brand has actually confirmed that the updated Ghost Legend will be launched in exactly three days time on Thursday.
