The creative healthy food comapny Icon Meals has launched an entirely new product this week, that fans of high protein alternatives are certainly going to appreciate. The latest from the brand is Icon High Protein Bread, which as you guessed it is a loaf of bread packed full of protein.

Like with most high protein foods, the most important details for the new Icon Protein Bread are its macros, and the product does not disappoint. Each 48g slice of Icon’s latest creation packs 15g of protein thanks to its addition of whey isolate, 15g of carbohydrates with 2g of that sugar and 2g fiber, 5g of fat (1g saturated), and a total of just 140 calories.

Icon says its new Protein Bread has a true bread taste and texture, and is perfect for anyone looking for a substitue for the real thing. It is of course slightly more expensive than regular bread with the brand pricing it through its online store at $28 for four loafs, or you can save 5% and go for six loafs at $40.
