Myprotein goes light on the protein for its new Baked Cookie

Unlike all of the other brands looking to jump into the protein cookie category this year, Myprotein does already have a couple of cookie options available. Its list of products includes the obviously named Protein Cookie, and the Active Women Series Skinny Cookie. The brand now has a third competitor for the category, as it’s just released the Baked Cookie.

While it may sound like the biggest difference with the new Myprotein Baked Cookie is that it’s baked, that isn’t actually the case as so are the brand’s other two cookies. The main difference with the latest product from Myprotein is in fact that it’s a high protein, vegan cookie.

Instead of using milk protein as its main source, the Myprotein Baked Cookie relies on hydrolyzed wheat and pea protein. The macros making up this one are a lot different compared to the other cookies with only 13g of protein, 38g of carbohydrates with 16g of that sugar, 8.6g of fat (3.9g saturated), and a total of 289 calories.

Anyone interested in giving the latest edible effort from Myprotein a try, can now grab it direct from the brand’s main website at myprotein.com. The high protein Baked Cookie currently only comes in boxes of 12 priced at £15.99, and in just the one Chocolate flavor.
