Buff Bake switches three of its Protein Cookies to gluten-free

In an effort to make its entire line of products 100% gluten free, Buff Bake has taken a few of its older Protein Cookie flavors and done a little tweaking. Now officially available today are new and improved, gluten-free versions of the Peanut Butter Cup, White Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Classic Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies.

As well as switching to a gluten-free formula Buff Bake has improved the macros, taste, and texture of the three reworked cookies. The brand has also made the label on the products a little more logical, as now it lists the total amount of what you get from a whole cookie instead of breaking it up into two servings and displaying half.

If you’d like to give the new gluten-free Buff Bake Protein Cookies a try, the brand’s website has already been updated with stock now available for purchase at the usual cookie prices.
