Optimum makes morning greek yogurt smoothies a little easier

Optimum Protein Smoothie

Over the past couple of weeks we’ve seen a couple of very differently themed supplements from Optimum Nutrition. Those two were the Oats & Whey Flapjack like Protein Oats Flapjack, and the Natural 100% Oats & Whey like Whey & Oats.

This week we have details on another product that looks like it is part of the same series as those two, as it features the same blue and wooden branding. The new supplement today is Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie, which just like Optimum’s new Whey & Oats, is a product promoted to fuel your morning.

Convenient whey + yogurt powder

The idea behind Optimum Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie is as you could have probably guessed, right in its name. It is a supplement for anyone interested in having a greek yogurt smoothie in a convenient powder form, for use at any time of the day, although ideally for breakfast.

Macros and flavors

The new Optimum product is a combination of greek yogurt proteins and whey isolate, that can all easily mix with a glass and a spoon. The creamy smoothie solution provides 20g of protein per serving, 8g of carbohydrates with 5g of that sugar, 1.5g of fat (half a gram saturated), for a total of 130 calories.

As you’d expect the Optimum Greek Yogurt Protein Smoothie has a variety of flavors to choose from, all of which are fitting with that good morning window. When the supplement does eventually hit shelves, it’ll be available in three 14 serving flavors with Blueberry, Strawberry, and Vanilla.
