Diet Whey Bar transformed into a delicious, lower protein snack

Diet Whey Bar

After proving to be quite skilled with protein bars last month when we reviewed its surprisingly delicious Smart Bar. PhD Nutrition has announced that it is officially updating one of its other protein bar competitors, the Diet Whey Bar.

According to PhD, the supplement is completely transformed featuring a 30% bigger size, a very different combination of macros, and an all-new set of flavors. Despite weighing in at 65g per bar instead of 50, the brand’s updated Diet Whey Bar provides 20% less protein with 20g, less than 2g of sugar, under 200 calories, and added carnitine for weight loss support.

As for the product’s new set of flavors, PhD has dropped all of its originals Choc Cookie, Choc Orange, Choc Mint, and Strawberry Cheesecake. Now on the protein snack’s menu is Double Choc Brownie, Triple Choc Cookie, Salted Caramel, Choc Peanut Butter, and Dark Choc Mocha.

Based on the handful of pictures PhD has released of its new and improved Diet Whey Bar, it does look like it is going to be a lot like its very impressive Smart Bar. All of the flavors will apparently feature a soft doughy center, topped with a gooey layer, then a solid, chocolate looking coating.

PhD Nutrition hasn’t said anything about when its updated Diet Whey Bar is due to be launch, only that it’s coming soon with the macros and flavors mentioned, as well as a slightly different look.
