The massive European supplement company Olimp, has introduced a pair of new endurance marketed, blue and yellow themed products. The two are both named Fire Start Energy Gel, however more specifically one is called Fire Start + Caffeine and the other Fire Start + BCAA.
The primary purpose of both of Olimp’s Fire Start Energy Gels is to help endurance athletes keep up their intensity and performance while exercising. To accomplish all of that the supplements feature a similar base formula mixed with one of two main ingredients, which is what separates the Fire Starts from one another.
The consistent features between Olimp’s Fire Start Energy Gel + Caffeine and + BCAA are carbohydrates for energy and electrolytes for hydration. The ingredients that then set them apart are in their titles with Fire Start + Caffeine packing an extra 100mg of guarana supplying 50mg of caffeine, and Fire Start + BCAA having an extra gram of BCAAs for better recovery.
The two Fire Start Energy Gels are now out and available and come in 20 sachet boxes. There are two flavors to choose from for each version, with Blackcurrant and Tropical for Fire Start + Caffeine, and Orange and Green Apple for Fire Start + BCAA.
