Over the past couple of weeks we’ve been putting together our list of competitors for this year’s supplement industry showdown, the annual Protein Wars. We’ve received a number of recommendations for the 2017 competition and have now got it all finalized.
For those that need a quick rundown on what the Protein Wars actually is. It’s a ladder style voting contest where we take the most well-known protein powders in the industry and have everyone vote on them. After all of the knockout rounds are complete, we’re left with one protein, which earns the title of People’s Protein and Protein Wars champion.
You can see the full list of Protein Wars competitors listed down below, as well as who they’ll be facing off against in the first round. That round is going to kick off on Monday the 13th of November and will run for two weeks. Each week we’ll have seven polls with five protein powders in each.
From there we’ll have a one-week quarterfinal, then a week-long semifinal, and finally on Monday the 11th of December, we’ll have the grand final. More specific details will be available when it all kicks off, but basically, you’ll be able to vote once every 24 hours through proteinwars.com, share the contest as much as you like, and all suspicious votes will be removed from final totals.
