Larger 5lb Isotope will save you 20% compared to the 2lb

Redcon1 Isotope

Redcon1 has just launched its significantly larger tub of its one and only protein powder, the whey isolate formula Isotope. It weighs in at a heavy 5lbs, which compared to the original 2lb Isotope, is two and a half times bigger.

The more important detail, of course, is how much more cost-effective is the new size of Isotope? The answer is 20% better value, which is based on a comparison of the 2 and the 5lb’s regular prices of $44.99 and $89.99.

There is one other thing worth mentioning, and that is the number of flavors or lack thereof, for the 5lb Isotope. At the moment it comes in just the one Peanut Butter Chocolate option, although we expect Redcon1 will expand on that if the 5lb proves successful.
