In a world where every little bit counts towards muscle growth, strength, recovery, and performance, a double-digit jump of any kind is a big deal, and it immediately shows that a whey protein with AstraGin is better than one without.
While Nuliv Science’s AstraGin study has only just been made public, there are a good number of supplement companies ahead of the curve, and using the ingredient in their protein powders. Again, those are just some examples, as there are more whey-based protein powders out there with AstraGin for greater absorption and uptake, and with the facts laid out in Nuliv Science’s study, you can expect to see more products with that combination soon.
