amazon prime day

Amazon is really gearing up this year’s Prime Day sales event happening on Monday the 16th of this month, to be its best Prime Day yet. The online retailer already previewed some of the products and discounts that will be involved in the promotion, which as per usual, is exclusive to Amazon Prime members.

The company has now revealed that there is a way to get even more out of the sales event. By using the unique camera features on Amazon’s mobile app such as AR view, you’ll be able to unlock an extra $5 discount on select Prime Day deals.

A week and a half out from Amazon Prime Day, the company has also taken the time to highlight other things you can do with its app. That includes reminders for Prime Day deals you don’t want to miss, notifications for package deliveries, and a tool to compare items in the store.
