Arguably the biggest news to hit the industry this past week was the end of the veteran supplement brand EAS. Late last month, the parent company of EAS, Abbott Nutrition, announced that it would be stopping production and discontinuing all EAS branded products.

The delicious protein ice cream company Halo Top, introduced its first Gold Edition flavor, Peanut Butter & Jelly. Gold Edition is the brand’s new series of extremely limited edition flavors, with Peanut Butter & Jelly set to only be available for a couple of weeks.
ProSupps introduces DJ Khaled’s exclusive Vibes Hyde Power Potion
ProSupps announced a new flavor for its Hyde Power Potion energy drink that’s been put together in partnership with DJ Khaled. The new flavor is a refreshing and fruity berry colada recipe called Vibes, and is due to launch exclusively at the Vitamin Shoppe next month.
Amazon Elements launches an incredibly competitive grass-fed isolate
The retail giant Amazon has launched an incredibly competitive protein product through its Amazon Elements brand. The supplement is its first ever protein powder with a very high quality grass-fed, whey isolate formula that’s currently on sale for just $31.99 for a full 30 serving tub.
