The fourth and final round of our annual protein powder showdown is here, the grand final of the 2024 Protein Wars, proudly and innovatively presented by the superior protein and ingredient company Ingredient Optimized. The two supplements left standing have faced off against one another in the past; they’re both past winners of the Protein Wars, one a few more times than the other, one of them is fully transparent, and they’re both incredibly popular as well as taste great.
The remaining competitors in the 12th annual Protein Wars are Ghost Whey from the legendary Brand Of The Year and Decade Winner, Ghost, and Loaded Protein from the well-marketed and extensively collaborative RYSE. Again, both of the brands and supplements are immensely popular, and we have had them in a grand final before. Ghost has won the contest previously, and RYSE is our reigning champion, winning the Protein Wars title for a record-breaking three years in a row.
As per usual, you can get your votes in by visiting proteinwars.com, voting once per round, meaning just the one vote for the grand final. The poll is going to be open from today right through until midnight this coming Sunday, giving everyone an entire week to have their, spread the word, and encourage more to get in and support Ghost Whey and RYSE’s Loaded Protein. Both supplements are incredibly well deserving, and we look forward to recrowning either of the past champions.
