Cellucor puts C4’s energy and performance into edible popping candy

C4 Shot Rocks is the latest spin-off of Cellucor’s widely available pre-workout supplement C4. The product doesn’t come in the usual powder form or even capsules; instead, the brand has put together something quite creative, similar in fact to Gamma Labs’ edible G Fuel Energy Crystals.

Much like the regular C4 Original, Cellucor’s all-new C4 Shot Rocks is designed to deliver increased energy and improved performance in the form of edible popping rock candy. When it comes to ingredients, the supplement features a slightly different and much simpler formula.

Making up a single tube of the sweet sounding C4 Shot Rocks is 9g of carbohydrates with 8g of that sugar, a gram of citrulline, 2g of beta-alanine, 10mg of toothed clubmoss, and 200mg each of tyrosine and caffeine. On the label, Cellucor recommends using no more than two tubes per day.

C4 Shot Rocks already has a listing on Cellucor’s online store, although it is out of stock with a sign-up box available to be notified when it becomes available. The brand’s website has the pre-workout priced at $24.99 for a box of 12 tubes in two flavors with Icy Blue Razz and Watermelon.
