Our favorite Italian supplement company 4+ Nutrition has come out with an all-new pre-workout this month simply named Pre+. Complex type products like pre-workouts, aren’t something we see all that often from 4+ Nutrition, although the brand has put together a fairly comprehensive experience with Pre+.
4+ Nutrition formulated its newest entry into the competitive world of pre-workouts for use in all kinds of activities including running, field sports, swimming, crossfit, and many more. Pre+ comes with a handful of active ingredients to improve energy and enhance performance, as well as mental focus support.
The ingredients 4+ Nutrition has thrown into Pre+ include 2g of pure citrulline, 1.5g of beta-alanine, and 200mg of glutathione for better performance. Also in the mix with the pre-workout are a handful of vitamins, 840mg of HMB, 250mg of Cognizin citicoline, and zero caffeine.
4+ Nutrition’s fairly simple and straightforward Pre+ is now available from all of the brand’s usual stores and stockists. You can also purchase it through 4+ Nutrition’ online store where it’ll cost you €49 ($53.86 USD) for a 30 serving tub size with the one Lemon flavor to choose from.
