The brightly branded Italian company 4+ Nutrition has jumped on the plant protein trend, and put together a new product simply named Plant Protein+. Looking at the picture of the supplement above fans of the brand may recognize its beta symbol “β”, which can also be seen on 4+ Nutrition’s Whey+ and ISO+.
The reason the β symbol is used on 4+ Nutrition’s plant-based protein powder is that just like Whey+ and ISO+, it is infused with the Proβios probiotic blend. To give it a high 21g of protein per serving, the brand has packed it with a variety of vegan-friendly sources including pea, rice, quinoa, hemp, and potato protein.
The other macros in 4+ Nutrition’s Plant Protein are a low 2.8g of carbohydrates with just 150mg of sugar, half a gram of fat, and an impressively lean 103 calories. The Italian brand has released its vegan-friendly protein in a 700g bag size with two rather interesting flavors in Hazelnut and Peach.
