GAT’s upcoming amino combines EAAs, electrolytes and Sensoril

A more detailed description has been shared of what’s in GAT’s Flexx EAAs, that is due to be available to sample at this week’s Mr. Olympia Expo. We knew the supplement came with a full-spectrum of EAAs instead of just BCAAs like the original, but also knew it had other ingredients in the mix.

GAT has now confirmed that its upcoming and more complete entry into the amino category packs a combined 7g of all nine essential amino acids (EAAs). Just like the brand’s Flexx BCAAs, those aminos are all plant-based, which is not the case with a lot of the competitors in the crowded amino market.

Also included in GAT’s new Flexx EAAs is a blend of electrolytes to improve hydration, as well as 125mg of Sensoril branded ashwagandha. The main ingredients are all rolled up into a Blue Razz and Fruit Punch flavored powder and promise to help with muscle recovery, vitality, and as mentioned, hydration.
