The Protein Kitchen is a widely available protein snack and healthy food company in Denmark. It makes a wide range of products that can be found at convenient retailers like 7-Eleven. The Protein Kitchen’s selection includes on-the-go meals, protein bars, as well as vegan-friendly baked goods.

This month, the Danish company has introduced its first-ever beverage with the Almond Protein Shake. According to The Protein Kitchen, the product has actually been one and half years in the making. It is a high-protein, plant-based shake that contains no milk and no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.

To give it a high amount of protein, The Protein Kitchen’s new Almond Protein Shake uses almonds and pea protein. The nutritious, on-the-go beverage is being launched in all 7-Eleven locations across Denmark with two flavors to choose from in Chocolate and Strawberry.
