Keto-Fire is the latest supplement release from the Canadian brand Beyond Yourself. It is a weight loss product that as per its title, is infused with BHB ketones to help increase ketone levels. While the ketones are a prominent feature of Keto-Fire, there are a few other ingredients in this one.

Keto-Fire has been formulated to provide a handful of weight loss type benefits such as increased energy and cognition, enhanced thermogenesis, and improved metabolism. As mentioned, the Beyond Yourself product is also infused with BHB ketones to raise ketone levels and provide carb-free fuel.
Making up each full serving of Beyond Yourself’s Keto-Fire is 1.5g of CLA, 2g of carnitine tartrate, 150mg each of caffeine and green coffee bean, and lastly, BHB ketones at half a gram.
Beyond Yourself’s newest supplement is a flavored formula and has four different tastes to choose from. The options are Lemon Ice, Orange Creamsicle, Strawberry Kiwi, and the Bomb Pop inspired Red, White & Boom. The flavors are all sugar-free but do have 23 calories per serving due to the fat soucres.
