Another new product has been confirmed as coming soon from XXL Nutrition following the announcement of its Cheese Bites and N’Joy protein bar. The latest item revealed for the retailer’s own line of supplements is a much more unique functional food with the Protein Donut.
XXL Nutrition’s Protein Donut is exactly what it sounds like, with a delicious donut snack that is somewhat high in protein. The product is due to launch in two flavors with Black Cookie and a rather unique Sweet Potato. Both of them have roughly the same macros including a moderate 8g of protein.
The other numbers making up a single 60g XXL Nutrition Protein Donut are 17 to 20g of carbohydrates with 2.5g or less of that sugar, 9g of fat, and 218 calories for the Black Cookie flavor and 192 calories for Sweet Potato.
As mentioned, XXL Nutrition plans on launching its tasty looking Protein Donut sometime in the near future. It will, of course, be available first through the European retailer’s own online store. You’ll be able to purchase it individually at €1.60 (1.78 USD) or in boxes of six for €8.99 (10 USD).
