Extra Omega and EPA Sport Omega, are two entirely new omega-3 supplements from the Italian brand 4+ Nutrition. Both products are made with golden omega concentrated fish oil, with their concentration and balances of EPA and DHA being what sets them apart from one another.
4+ Nutrition’s Extra Omega and EPA Sport Omega both feature a single gram of fish oil per softgel with a total of 60 softgels per box. EPA Sport is the slightly less concentrated of the two with its gram of fish oil providing 650mg of omega-3, which breaks down to half a gram of EPA and 100mg of DHA.
As for 4+ Nutrition’s Extra Omega, that is the more concentrated supplement with 800mg of omega-3 per softgel, which is 400mg of EPA and 300mg of DHA. Both products are available from the brand’s Italian online store, and despite their differences, they cost the same at €40 (44.01 USD).
