MRE Lite RTD price, flavors and macros revealed ahead of its January launch

redcon1 mre lite rtd

The MRE Lite RTD is the long-awaited on-the-go protein shake from the Stack3d Certified brand Redcon1. The supplement has taken everything that makes the powder so different and put it into a beverage format. It is made with the same five protein sources as the MRE Lite powder, including beef, salmon, brown rice, chicken, and egg protein.

The product is now confirmed to launch sometime in the first month of the new year through redcon1.com. Buying directly from Redcon1, the MRE Lite RTD is going to cost you $3.49 per shake and $34.99 for a case of 12. Those prices are before discount, so if you have an ongoing coupon like our 20% off for Stack3d Insiders, you’ll be looking at $2.79 per shake and $27.99 for a case.

When it comes to flavors, Redcon1 will be releasing its MRE Lite RTD with six to choose from. Fans of the brand are going to have the usual chocolate and vanilla tastes named Chocolate Brownie and Vanilla Milkshake, as well as Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter & Chocolate, and the fruity recipes Strawberry Shortcake and Blueberry Cobbler.

For those wondering what the macros are going to be on the MRE Lite RTD, Redcon1 has actually managed to make the upcoming supplement leaner than the original MRE Lite protein powder. Each 500ml shake packs a solid 40g of protein from animal sources with just 6g of carbohydrates with zero sugar and 1 to 2g of that fiber, 6g of fat, and moderate calorie count of 230.
