The one-of-a-kind handmade protein snack company Swolesome Foods over in the UK, has come out with three all-new, limited-edition flavors of its flagship protein bar. Two of the products are creative takes on classic UK treats, while the other is a romantically themed effort put together for Valentine’s Day.
The first protein bar flavor from Swolesome Foods is the apple crumble-inspired Granny’s Crumble with tangy apple slices, salted caramel chocolate, tasty custard, and spiced crumble. You then have the cherry bakewell-based product, The Cherry Best, featuring crumbly frangipane, juicy cherry jam in the center, wrapped in almond chocolate, and topped with white icing.
Last but not least is Swolesome Foods’ Valentine’s Day protein bar named ‘Be My Protein Bae’. This one comes with a red velvet cake-flavored body packed with real Oreo cookie pieces and smooth vanilla cream cheese icing, all topped with pink-colored chocolate and heart-shaped sprinkles.
Swolesome Foods launched Granny’s Crumble, The Cherry Best, and Be My Protein Bae, last week through its website as well as its retail partner Protein Pick ‘N’ Mix. Unfortunately, both locations managed to sell through all of their stock; however, Protein Pick ‘N’ Mix has said it will have all three limited-editions back and available to purchase tomorrow or Wednesday.
