Latest 4+ Nutrition product combines 10g of EAAs, HMB, creatine and carbs

4 plus nutrition sport recovery

Despite all that’s going on in the world, including its own country, the Italian brand 4+ Nutrition is still bringing some excitement to the supplement industry with its all-new Sport Recovery. The product is the brand’s first launch since last month’s upgraded probiotic versions of the protein powder Casein+ and mass gainer XXXL+.

Sport Recovery is quite a unique supplement and is actually 4+ Nutrition’s first amino formula to feature all nine essential amino acids. The primary goal of the product is to help with muscle recovery and repair, hence the nine EAAs, which are dosed rather well at a combined 10g per serve, with just over 7g of that being BCAAs.

While the inclusion of a full-spectrum of EAAs is great, that is not all 4+ Nutrition has squeezed into its new Sport Recovery. Alongside the EAAs that are all also premium Ajipure branded aminos, there is a gram each of HMB and creatine monohydrate, 437mg of tyrosine,a hefty 5g of Ajipure glutamine, and 24g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin.

As far as amino supplements go, 4+ Nutrition has done an impressive job in terms of dosing, as there aren’t many products out there with over 15g per serving, let alone 10g of all nine EAAs. Sport Recovery is now available through the brand’s website in boxes of ten single-serve sachets and in the one Peach & Lime flavor.
