The functional brand Viking Waffles did already have a butter type product on the market with the collagen-based and caramel-flavored, Viking Butter. It is a relatively unique item made with ghee, whey isolate and micellar casein providing 6g of protein per 20g serve, and as mentioned, added collagen for health and beauty benefits.
This week, Viking Waffles has released another butter product, although this time around, it is a little more traditional with Cashew Candy Butter. The release is a sweet nut butter made of course with cashews, IMO to help lower the macros, and sea salt. Each 30g serve packs 2g of protein, 5g of fat, 16g of carbohydrates, zero sugar, and a total of 90 calories.
