Snack ball brand Bounce puts extra protein and creatine into its latest innovation

Bounce Protein Creatine

Bounce is a snack ball company that puts a fair amount of protein into its 49g product at 14g per piece, thanks to an infusion of whey. The carbohydrates don’t get too high, only landing a bit more than the protein, falling around 17g, most of that sugar, about 8g of fat, and just over 200 calories. The numbers change slightly across the signature Bounce Protein Ball’s few flavors, but they get even more interesting in the all-new Bounce Protein+ Creatine.

The functional Australian company has packed even more protein, and as per the title, extra muscle-building support in Bounce Protein+ Creatine. Instead of being closer to 10g, the innovation has a traditional 20g of protein per 60g ball from added whey and milk concentrate. Surprisingly, the carbohydrates are lower in this product at 13g, 5g of that sugar, 4g of fat, a solid 208 calories, and 3g of creatine monohydrate for strength and performance.

As you’d expect, the extra functionality of the Bounce Protein+ Creatine, with its 50% more protein and muscle-building creatine, does come at a cost. The giant Australian supermarket Coles sells the original Protein Ball at $3.70, while this one is up at $5.50 (3.93 USD) with just one flavor to choose from, to start in Cookies & Cream featuring a tasty creamy filling.
