Details have surfaced on a new high protein snack from RXBar designed specifically for kids, that appears to called the RX Kids Protein Snack Bar, and is along the same lines as the current Kids RXBar. The upcoming product has been pictured in four flavors, with two of those four coming from the original Kids RXBar and the other two being similar but completely new.
The big difference going from the current Kids RXBar to the new RX Kids Protein Snack Bar, is mostly in the ingredients. The product uses a couple of features found in the Kids RXBar, such as dates, and egg whites to give it that high protein. There is also oats and coconut oil, which altogether make up the group of ‘core ingredients’ that are consistent across the product’s flavors.
The RX Kids Protein Snack Bar’s macros that vary between flavors, start with 5g of protein per bar, followed by 17 to 18g of carbohydrates, 5g of fat, no added sugar, and a total of 130 calories. As for the four flavors of the product, there is the chocolate duo, Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate, another chocolate chip taste in Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, then finally, Strawberry.
We’re not too sure when the RX Kids Protein Snack Bar is due to drop, but it will be available directly through the brand’s website as well as on Amazon in boxes of five bars.
