Over the weekend, Flow Supplements teased what we suspected to be a new version of its pre-workout simply named Pre. It turns out that is exactly what the brand had up its sleeve along with a new look for the product. Flow has now dropped its revamped Pre that sees just a couple of changes to the supplement’s formula plus the addition of two new flavors.
On the formula side, Flow Supplements’ updated Pre has kept everything the same but dropped norvaline and its 300mg of green tea extract. All of the other ingredients from the original are still in place, including 5g of pure citrulline and GlycerPump for pumps, the usual 3.2g of beta-alanine to support performance, and caffeine and Dynamine for energy.
As for the new flavors for Flow Supplements Pre, joining its first two tastes Fruit Punch or Blackberry Lemonade, are the sour as well as all-natural flavors Sour Cherry and Sour Orange.
